Who we are
Forward Digital Consultancy (“FDC”, “we”, “us”) is a digital marketing agency licensed in Dubai (licence no. 55202), at Premises No: 55202-001, IFZA Business Park, DDP, Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
This policy covers fwddigi.com, our forms, downloads and free tools, and the ways you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp. When we run campaigns for a client, that client decides how its customers’ data is used, and its own privacy policy applies.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiry and consultation forms: your name, email address, phone number, company, what you would like help with, your marketing budget range and anything you write in a message.
- Ebook and resource downloads: the details the download form asks for, so we can send you the file.
- Calls, emails and WhatsApp messages: your contact details and what you tell us.
- Clients: the business contact details and account access needed to deliver the agreed services.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site we collect technical and usage data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, how you arrived and how you move through the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange the strategy call or proposal you asked for.
- To deliver, manage and invoice services for clients.
- To send you a resource you requested and, where you agreed, related marketing emails.
- To understand how the website is used and to improve it.
- To measure and improve our own advertising on platforms such as Google and Meta.
- To keep the website secure and to meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
We rely on your consent, on steps you asked us to take before a contract, on the performance of a contract, on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, or on a legal obligation, depending on the purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
International transfers
Some of our providers store or process data outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the European Union and the United States. Where data leaves the UAE, we rely on the safeguards the provider offers, such as standard contractual clauses, and transfer only what the purpose needs.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as we are in contact about your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, and client records for as long as the engagement lasts and as long as accounting and legal rules require after it ends. Analytics data is kept for the periods set in each tool. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, and the GDPR or UK GDPR where they apply to you, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use it, including for direct marketing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time.
To use any of these rights, email info@fwddigi.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any of them. If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data, including encrypted connections, access controls and reputable hosting providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
