SaaS Marketing Agency Dubai

For software companies and tech service providers selling to businesses that take their time to decide.

01 / 02

It starts with a problem, like leads slipping through a spreadsheet or a team spending hours on work a tool could do. A manager searches the problem, not your product name. They see a post that describes their exact pain, read your product page, try a demo or book a call, then bring in their team, their finance head and sometimes IT. Weeks pass between the first search and the signed contract.

Each of those steps is a different piece of work: a page that ranks for the problem, content that names the pain, a product page that answers the hard questions, a demo or trial that works first time, material the buyer can share with their team and a CRM that tracks the deal to the end. They only add up when they tell one story, so we plan them as one system instead of handing them to three different teams.

02 / 02

We do this for our own product too. We built LeadNudge, a CRM for businesses running lead ads on Meta and Google, and we market it the way we market clients: pages that rank for the problems it solves, self-serve sign ups and demo bookings that come in without a cold call. Every method we bring to your product, we have tested on our own first.

A software product and a tech service sell differently. Software can grow on sign ups and trials, measured by how many become paying accounts. App development, IT and cybersecurity services sell through fewer, larger deals, where a handful of the right conversations each quarter matter more than hundreds of leads. We plan for the one you have, and measure what actually pays.

How businesses buy technologyFour scenes. From a problem, a buyer moves through a Google search, a LinkedIn post, a product page, a demo or free trial, a team review where two colleagues join, and a contract, over weeks. Each step is a different job, SEO, content, a landing page, a sign-up flow, sales content and a CRM, run as one plan. FDC’s own product, LeadNudge, climbs a search results page into sign ups and booked demos. Finally, software grows on many small sign ups, some of which become paying, while services close a few large deals, one of which becomes a contract.01 · The buyer’s pathFrom a problem to a contractSearching the problem, not the product.Google search · 1 of 6A post that names the pain.LinkedIn feed · 2 of 6Does it fit how we work?Product page · 3 of 6Seeing it work.Demo or free trial · 4 of 6Everyone else has to agree.Team review · 5 of 6Weeks, not one click.Contract · 6 of 602 · The work behind itEvery step is a different job.So we run them as one plan.03 · Our own productTested on our own SaaS.LeadNudge, built and marketed by FDC.Ranking, sign ups, demos.04 · Two ways tech sellsMany sign ups, or few big deals.Measured on what pays.A problemOne plan, one story.SearchSEOFeedContentPageLanding pageTrySign-up flowTeamSales contentSignCRMSearch resultsLeadNudgeDemos bookedSoftwareSign upPayingServicesCall bookedContract

  1. Positioning and messaging

We work out the problem you solve for each role that decides, and say it in their words, not feature lists.

  2. Websites and landing pages

Product, feature and use-case pages built to answer the hard questions and turn visits into demos and sign ups.

  3. SEO and content

Pages that rank for the problems buyers search, the same approach that brings our own SaaS its sign ups.

  4. Paid search and social

Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns aimed at the roles and searches that lead to demos, not just clicks.

  5. Lead generation for tech services

Campaigns built to book the few high-value conversations that app, IT and security firms need each quarter.

  6. Social media and video

Product walkthroughs, explainers and posts that show the product working before anyone books a call.

  7. CRM and closed-loop tracking

We feed qualified leads and closed deals back to Google and Meta, so campaigns learn who actually buys.

Frequently asked questions

Do you understand SaaS metrics?

Yes. We run our own SaaS, so we track the same numbers you do: sign ups, activation, trial to paid, cost to acquire a customer and how long it takes to earn that back. Campaigns are judged on paying accounts, not visits.

What marketing works for SaaS companies in the UAE?

Usually a mix. Search pages that rank for the problem you solve bring buyers who are already looking. LinkedIn reaches the right job titles. Meta works well for products sold to smaller businesses. We start with where your buyers already look, then add channels as each one proves itself.

How do you lower customer acquisition cost?

By teaching the ad platforms what a good customer looks like. We send qualified leads and closed deals back to Google and Meta, cut sources that bring sign ups who never use the product, and build search content that keeps bringing visitors without paying for every click.

Can you help launch a product in the Middle East?

Yes. We have launched our own SaaS and taken a fintech platform from teaser to live. A launch needs positioning, pages, tracking and campaigns ready on day one, and we plan all four together.

What do you track?

Everything from the first click to the closed deal: sign ups, demos booked, activated accounts, qualified leads, pipeline and revenue where your CRM allows it. You see one report, not five dashboards.

Do you market tech services, not just software?

Yes. We have run lead generation for app development, IT, AI calling and cybersecurity providers. These businesses need fewer, better conversations, so we build for booked calls and real pipeline rather than lead volume.

Can you build our website as well?

Yes. We design and build websites and landing pages, then run the SEO and campaigns that send people to them, so the site is built to convert from day one.

Is LinkedIn worth it for B2B tech?

Often, for the right product. Clicks cost more than on other platforms, but you can reach exact job titles and company sizes. We use it where the deal size justifies the cost, alongside search and Meta.
