Digital Marketing for Financial Services

For insurers, lenders, card platforms, fintech apps and remittance brands that need people to trust them before they fill in a form.

01 / 02

Nobody wakes up wanting a financial product. They want a car on the road, a home of their own or cover for their family. That need starts the search: a post in their feed, a question to a friend, a search on Google, a page that compares their options, a check to see if they qualify and, finally, an application. It can take weeks, and the brand they choose at the end is the one that showed up at every step.

Each of those steps is a different piece of work: a video that names the need, something worth sharing, a search ad and the page that ranks beside it, a clear product page, a short form and the tracking that counts it all. They only add up when they tell one story, so we plan brand, content and performance together instead of handing them to three different teams.

The path is the same across the sector. The pace is not. A card switch can happen in a few weeks, a home loan can take months, and insurance comes back every year at renewal. We plan each product around its own rhythm, from a launch push to always-on search to renewal reminders. We have done this for an insurance broker for more than eight years, a card comparison platform from launch, a remittance app, and fintech and personal finance apps.

Finance also comes with rules. Every rate, claim and brand name in an ad has to hold up, and customer data often cannot leave the bank or the insurer. We build creative with your compliance team in mind, whether you answer to the Central Bank of the UAE, the DFSA or ADGM, and we measure the steps we are allowed to see, so the campaign still learns.

How people choose a financial productFour scenes. A need, a car, a home or cover for a family, becomes one customer who moves from a social feed to asking friends, a Google search, a comparison page, an eligibility check and an application, over weeks. Each step is a different job, a video, a message, an ad and SEO, a landing page, a form and tracking, run as one plan. A card, a home loan and insurance follow the same path at different paces, and insurance renews every year. Finally, every step is checked against Central Bank, DFSA and ADGM rules before it runs, and customer data stays with the client.01 · The customer’s pathFrom a need to an applicationA post that names the need.Social feed · 1 of 6“Who did you go with?”Friends and family · 2 of 6“Compare home loans UAE.”Google search · 3 of 6Options, side by side.Comparison page · 4 of 6Do I qualify?Eligibility check · 5 of 6Weeks, not one click.Application · 6 of 602 · The work behind itEvery step is a different job.So we run them as one plan.03 · Across the sectorSame path, different pace.Cards, loans and insurance.04 · Built for the rulesChecked before it runs.Central Bank, DFSA and ADGM rules shape every step.Trusted at every step. One plan, one story.FeedVideoAskMessageSearchAd and SEOCompareLanding pageCheckFormApplyTrackingNeedApplyCardHome loanInsuranceRenews every year.A carA homeCoverCustomer data stays with you.

  1. Positioning and compliant messaging

We work out why someone should choose you over the bank down the road, then check every rate, claim and brand name so your compliance team signs off faster.

  2. Content and social

Posts, carousels and stories made once and used in both your organic feed and your ads, so the brand looks the same everywhere.

  3. Video production

Explainers, animation, product walkthroughs and people on camera, planned around the questions customers ask before they apply.

  4. SEO and landing pages

A page for each need people search for, like cashback cards or motor cover, built to rank on Google and to match the ads that point to it.

  5. Performance and app growth

Google, Meta, Snapchat and LinkedIn campaigns built to bring in applications, sign ups and app installs, not just clicks.

  6. Tracking and measurement

We track each step from eligibility check to application, inside your data rules, so the platforms learn who your real customers are.

  7. CRM and follow-up

Leads go straight to your team with their source attached, and follow-up runs on WhatsApp and email instead of cold calls.

Frequently asked questions

Have you worked with regulated financial businesses in the UAE?

Yes. We have worked with a UAE insurance broker for more than eight years, launched a credit card comparison platform, and run campaigns for fintech, remittance and personal finance apps. We work within the rules your compliance team sets and bring every claim to them before it goes live.

How do you handle compliance with the Central Bank, DFSA or ADGM?

Your compliance team has the final word. We build creative with that review in mind: no rates or offers we cannot back with a live product, no bank or card brand names in ad copy where platform rules forbid it, and clear approval steps before anything is published. We do not give regulatory advice.

What will a lead or application cost us?

It depends on the product, and the gap can be large. In insurance alone, motor, medical and marine leads cost very different amounts. We start from what a customer is worth to you, work back to what you can afford to pay for a lead, and set targets once the first weeks give us a real baseline.

How long before we see results?

Campaigns start bringing in leads in the first weeks, but costs are usually higher in the first one to two months while a new account learns. We plan for that and review every step of the funnel weekly, so you can see what is improving before the numbers settle.

Our customer data cannot leave the bank. Can you still optimise?

Yes. We track what happens on your site, such as sign ups, eligibility checks and applications started, and feed those back to Google and Meta. You keep the customer data. The campaigns still learn which ads bring in serious applicants.

Do you market fintech and finance apps?

Yes. We have run app install and sign up campaigns for fintech, remittance and personal finance apps, alongside lead generation for brokers and comparison platforms.

Which channels work best for financial products?

Google search brings people who are already looking, so it usually carries applications. Meta, Snapchat and LinkedIn build trust and reach people before they search. We split the budget by what each product needs and move it toward what is working.

Do you handle SEO, video and social as well as ads?

Yes. We run SEO so your product pages rank for the searches your ads target, produce explainer and animated video in house, and manage social from one shared content library, so the same pieces build your page and run as ads. Paid and organic work from the same plan.
